We have places available in our current Nursery class!
We have 30 places in our Nursery class and admit children in the September (or January, if places are available) after their third birthday. Parents wishing to apply for a nursery place should complete the Application for Nursery Form and return it to the school office. Places will be allocated in line with our published admissions criteria.
There are 30 places in Reception class. Parents wishing to apply for a Reception place must complete the Reception Place Common Application Form for the borough in which you live and return it to the admissions team in your home Local Authority. You must also complete our Supplementary Information Form and return it to the school office by the closing date (15th January 2018). Places will be allocated in line with our published admissions criteria.
There are 30 places in each year group from Years 1 to 6. Parents must apply to the local authority at the town hall.
If, after considering our Admissions criteria and you have a Christian religious affiliation that will support your child’s application, you must also complete our Supplementary Information Form and return it to the school office. If a place is not available at the time of application, we will ask you if you wish us to keep your application form in the event that a place later becomes available.
Determined Admission Arrangements Notice 2018/19
In accordance with Regulation 17 of the School Admissions Regulations 2012, admission arrangements must be formally determined by the responsible admission authority.
The Governing Body of St Clement and St James CE Primary School hereby formally determine the admission arrangements for the academic year of entry 2018/19.
In accordance with Regulation 21 of the Regulations and Section 88 of the SSFA 1998, any person or body who considered that any maintained school or Academy’s arrangements are unlawful, or not compliant with the Code or relevant law relating to admissions, can make an objection to the Schools Adjudicator.
